What You’ll Do as a Property Operations Transformation Delivery Manager:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
Lead and coordinate the delivery of Property Operations transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.
Develop and manage programme plans across multiple workstreams, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes.
Drive strong programme governance through reporting, steering committees, and stakeholder engagement, providing clear visibility of progress and performance.
Support the implementation of new processes, systems, technologies, and ways of working, ensuring successful adoption across the function.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, Technology, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations to deliver transformation goals through collaboration and alignment.
Champion continuous improvement by embedding best-practice programme management, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring benefits are realised from transformation initiatives.

Extensive Finance Operations Experience with 5+ years in high-volume, retail, or shared services environments, managing AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial controls.
Strong Systems & Process Expertise including hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Oracle preferred) and invoice automation tools to support efficient financial operations.
GBS & Stakeholder Management Skills with proven ability to work within Global Business Services/shared services models and build effective relationships across functions and geographies.
Compliance & Control Focus with solid understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, audit requirements, and risk management to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Finance Transformation & Continuous Improvement experience, including process optimization, automation initiatives, system enhancements, and operational efficiency projects; professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
Proven Performance Delivery demonstrated through achievement of SLAs and KPIs, timely and accurate transaction processing, reduction in exceptions, strong audit outcomes, and high stakeholder satisfaction.
