- Schedule: Days l Full-time l 40 hours per week
- Supports leasing activities, responds to tenant needs, and maintains positive client and tenant relationships.
- Processes routine accounts receivable/payable items, monitors expenses, and assists with service contracts and renewals.
- Contributes to annual budgeting, basic financial reporting, and tracking of operating performance.
- Identifies property issues, coordinates solutions, and ensures consistent delivery of real estate services.
- Required Credential(s):
- Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
