Property Repair Specialist

We are looking to bring on a full-time Inventory Specialist to join our team at Pacific Aire, to maintain the positive, can-do culture that will go above and beyond the expectations of our customers and to maintain our solid reputation in the community.

We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Repair Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle property repairs, maintenance requests, and preventative upkeep to ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and attractive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general property repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve tenant repair requests in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, materials, and labor.
