Property Sales Director - Cainta

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manages, sells and promotes inventories of all FLI projects
2. Finds effective strategies to gain leads and convert to prospected clients
3. Establishes and manages a strong network locally and maintain sales quota.
4. Ensures quality of accounts (requirements, documentation, etc.)
5. Renders overall customer service
6. Oversees all sales activities and monitors productivity and activation of Sales Managers and Sales consultants.
7. Support sales managers in the recruitment of quality sales consultants

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any 4-year course
2. With more than 5 years of Real Estate Sales experience
3. Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience
4. With a ready team of at least 3-5 Sales Managers with 5 real estate salespersons upon joining
5. Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage
