Property Sales Manager
Job Summary: The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible to achieve revenue targets, assist in developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Assist with and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, corporate accounts, and other stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Revenue Management: Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Hospitality specific training in Sales, Marketing, Revenue Managment or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 1 years in a Hotel sales role.
