As a Senior Associate or Manager in our Real Estate Valuations & Advisory team within Deals, you’ll play a key role in helping clients understand and quantify the true market value of property, while solving broader real estate challenges. You’ll work with clients across a broad range of sectors and asset classes, delivering valuations and advisory support for regulatory requirements, commercial decision-making, transactions, and legislative compliance.

What you’ll do:
Deliver real estate valuations and advisory engagements across a broad range of asset classes, including commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and renewable energy projects.
Support clients with valuations for regulatory, transactional, commercial, and legislative purposes.
Conduct financial analysis, research, and due diligence to support acquisitions, developments, investment decisions, and value opinions.
Prepare high-quality written deliverables, reports, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal PwC teams to solve complex real estate problems.
Identify and assess risks and contribute to appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Help develop junior team members and contribute to a high-performing, supportive team environment.
Support business development activities and help identify growth opportunities across the market.
What we’re looking for:
Strong experience within the property industry, ideally across valuations, advisory, or related real estate roles
Demonstrated advisory capability and client relationship management skills
Strong financial analysis, modelling, and/or valuations capability
Experience delivering work across complex or bespoke real estate engagements
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and insightful deliverables
MRICS or AAPI CPV qualification
A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Property, or Valuations
Experience using tools such as Excel, Estate Master, or similar property / modelling tools
Exposure to asset classes such as infrastructure, commercial and industrial property, or renewable energy projects
