Position Description

Manage development & production of the Gulf Companies proposals in response to client solicitations.

Essential Functions

• Review RFPs/RFIs & develop the proposal matrix with schedule milestones for the proposal content & preparation that fully complies with the request
• Interface with both internal functional groups & external stakeholders to compile the required proposal information
• Monitor & report on proposal production, ensuring completion of all proposal requirements to meet RFP deadlines
• Compile/Prepare final documents & complete the review & approval process
• Preserve all electronic files & ensure the final, submitted proposal is logged & subsequently archived
• Ensure proposal data is accurate & up to date in the proposal database
• Support periodic corporate registration/certification/licensing issues that typically arise for both domestic & international
