Proposals Manager (Offshore Wind Project)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead and coordinate the preparation of high-quality proposals for international offshore wind projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, commercial insight, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and develop winning strategies in a competitive bidding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise & review a number of proposals
- Provide recommendations for budget preparation
- Review of estimation processes
- Focal point for client, partner & sub-contractors
- Recommend bidding strategies
- Implement agreed strategies & set procedures
- Provide input to motivate, train, develop & appraise staff
- Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum of 15 years in the offshore energy industry.
- At least 5 years of direct experience in international offshore wind projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary proposal teams in a global environment.
