What You'll Do

As a Prosthetic Technician, you'll fabricate and assemble custom prosthetic devices for both internal and external customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate Omega Carvers and other fabrication equipment
  • Fabricate prosthetic components including check sockets, laminations, foam covers, and pelite liners
  • Complete customer orders from start to finish while meeting quality and production expectations
  • Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and fabrication procedures
  • Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and help maintain inventory of materials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and departmental procedures
  • Collaborate with technicians, production teams, and supervisors to continuously improve processes and product quality

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
  • Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely handle molds, equipment, and materials
