💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise GBV & Protection Case Management teams
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring & capacity building
• Ensure quality case management and confidentiality
• Review case files and support complex cases
• Lead reporting, documentation & data quality assurance

🎯 Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Law, or related field
• 3+ years of GBV/Protection Case Management experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Amharic
