How The Accelerated Training Program Works

• You enter the accelerated training program after licensing completion
• You work inside a high-performing insurance agency
• You’re provided with leads and training
• You learn how to quote, sell, and acquire new clients
• You are coached daily and held to a high standard
• You build the skills required to run a profitable agency
• All of this training and support, while you’re on the 6-Month Accelerated Training Program.
• At the end of the program, individuals who meet our performance standards will have the opportunity to launch their own agency.

Responsibilities

• Quoting and selling Auto, Home, Renters, Life insurance, and more
• Converting leads into new policies
• Following up with prospects and quoted leads
• Building referral relationships with realtors, lenders, and local professionals
• Using CRM systems to track activity and follow-ups

Success in this role comes from discipline, activity, and consistent improvement.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License (required before start date)

• Life & Health License within the first 6 months

• Strong communication skills

• High work ethic and reliability

• Coachable and motivated attitude

Sales experience is helpful but drive and discipline matter more than experience.
