Provider Enrollment/Credentialing Coordinator

- Collect and maintain provider credentials - Complete CAQH credentialing for new providers - Complete payer applications and recredentialing - Contact payers for effective dates and identification numbers - Enroll healthcare providers with health plans - Ensure provider enrollment timeliness - Maintain provider files for Medicaid and Medicare revalidation - Monitor and follow up on provider application status - Research and resolve provider enrollment issues - Submit demographic and supporting documents to payers - Support physician onboarding for credentialing and enrollment - Track pending and completed application progress - Update and maintain CAQH for existing providers
