Provider Network Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Provider Network Manager to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our hospital network, ensuring that we maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and deliver high-quality services to our patients. This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the ability to navigate complex provider relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies for hospital empanelment and provider management to enhance our network. - Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure compliance with network standards and policies. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the provider network, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. - Facilitate communication between the organization and healthcare providers to address concerns and foster collaboration. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform network development strategies. - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on network performance and strategic initiatives. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and provider networks, including familiarity with MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BPT, MD, and MS qualifications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers. - Analytical skills to assess network performance and identify opportunities for improvement. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in project management and strategic planning.
