A Day in the Life
The Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating a seamless end-to-end onboarding and retention experience for new physicians and providers. Serves as a resource and guide to both candidates and Medical Staff leaders in the requisition, recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, retention and off-boarding processes. The Onboarding Specialist supports the onboarding and integration of employed, affiliated, and independent providers, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience and fostering provider engagement across the Munson Healthcare system.
What’s Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
- 1 year in Ambulatory practice management, medical staff/physician services, hospital credentialing, physician recruitment, or related field
