Provider Sales Specialist
Description
Help kids get the therapy they need by bringing great therapists to the families waiting for them.
Coral Care connects families with pediatric speech, occupational and physical therapists for in-home, in-network care across nine states. We raised a $13M Series A in 2026 and have built a network of 1000+ providers, and we're growing fast to meet demand.
As a Provider Sales Specialist, you own each therapist's journey from the moment they apply to the moment they complete their first session with a family. You'll work inbound provider applicants, not cold lists.
The role
Type: 1099 independent contractor, 3 months to start, with option to extend
Hours: Flexible, part-time or full-time, within Pacific business hours (e.g., 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm PT), with some weekends
Pay: $25/hr plus performance-based variable pay
Location: Remote (US)
Start: November 2026
What you'll do
Prioritize your pipeline by deal score and family demand, so your time goes to high-quality providers in the locations and specialties where families are waiting for care
Lead friendly, consultative video calls that help providers understand how Coral Care works and whether it's a fit
Answer questions about pay, scheduling and onboarding, and handle concerns with care
Guide providers through onboarding, partnering closely with our clinical and operations teams
Help providers get to their first patient, then hand them off to our Growth team
Follow up consistently by phone, email and text so no one falls through the cracks
Keep HubSpot accurate and share what you hear from providers to improve how we recruit
Own your first-patient goals and find ways to get high-quality providers to their first family faster
What you bring
1–3 years in an SDR, BDR, or similar phone- and video-based role with a monthly quota
A track record of hitting conversion targets, not just activity targets
Highly organized: you keep 50+ people moving at once
You thrive in a fast-moving startup where goals, tools and processes change often
Comfortable with technology: CRM (HubSpot preferred), Google Meet and AI tools
Warm, clear communicator who handles objections without pressure
Bonus points
Healthcare experience, or familiarity with pediatric OT, SLP or PT
Experience at a two-sided marketplace
How to apply
We're moving quickly for a November start.
