Proximity Engineer, Retail IT Operation Support
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains effective communication with the office users, customer IT team, retail operation team and store team
Works with respective internal technologies teams and functions to ensure high quality of services and facilities rendering to retail operations
Works with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to provide services of (but not limited to):
o Helpdesk
o Request
o Store projects
Provides scheduled 5 days per week on-site services covering store operations in Melbourne, Australia.
Working Hours : 0900 AM ~ 1800 PM, Monday to Friday
IT devices deployment as required by end customer
Maintains IT hardware & software inventory and life cycle.
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Sound knowledge and working experience in supporting retail operations in luxury industry
Customer centric and aims to deliver exceed expectation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Good communication skill in both spoken and written English.
QUALIFICATIONS
Higher diploma in IT (or computing related discipline) or above
1~2 years experiences in IT support with luxury retail preferred
