Summary

Retail sales associate in Qatar responsible for meeting sales targets, building customer loyalty, and delivering high-quality service in a baby products store.

Meet individual and store sales targets by gaining repeat business.
• Building a base of loyal & repeat customers
• Increase the Average Transaction Value and Basket size
• Setting and Delivering the highest level of customer service standard for sales

• Provide expert product knowledge
• Make recommendations (Suggestive selling and upselling) based on insight on customer needs
