Psychiatrist
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management.
Provide psychotherapy and counseling as required.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments based on clinical outcomes.
Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, social workers, and other medical professionals.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation and medical records.
Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and family counseling sessions.
Provide crisis intervention and emergency psychiatric care when needed.
Requirements
MBBS with MD/DNB in Psychiatry from a recognized institution.
Valid medical license/registration as per state regulatory requirements.
Proven clinical experience in psychiatric assessment and treatment.
Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology, psychotherapy techniques, and diagnostic criteria (DSM/ICD).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
