About the role

Colegio CEU San Pablo Sevilla is selecting a Psychologist to join the Guidance Department, with experience in the educational field and solid knowledge in psycho-pedagogical assessment and intervention, attention to diversity, and support for students and their families.

We are looking for a professional with initiative, coordination skills, and an integral vision of student needs, who contributes to the development of an inclusive educational response and to the personal, emotional, and academic well-being of students across different educational stages.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology.
• Master's degree in General Health Psychology.
• Minimum professional experience of 5 years in the field of psychology and intervention with children and adolescents.
• Experience in psychological assessment, attention to diversity, and support for families.
• Ability for teamwork, coordination, communication, and management of complex situations.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in guidance departments of educational centers.
• Experience in different educational stages.
• Specific training in school coexistence, bullying prevention, mental health, and emotional well-being.
• Experience in advising and training teaching staff.
• Ability to drive improvement initiatives and contribute to the establishment of common intervention criteria.
