Psychologist

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Psychologist to work within (pediatric) rehabilitation. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting intake interviews and diagnostic assessments with clients to identify and analyze psychological issues.

You will interpret and report the results of these assessments and provide appropriate recommendations. In close consultation with the rehabilitation physician, you will develop and implement targeted treatment protocols.

You will provide psychological guidance and support to clients and their parents or caregivers throughout the treatment process, working closely within a multidisciplinary team.

In addition, you will report periodically to the Rehabilitation Manager on the progress and outcomes of the services delivered. You will also actively contribute to the further development of demand-driven healthcare

Requirements

• Completed academic degree in Psychology, with a specialization in children or orthopedics being an advantage.
  
• Some years of relevant work experience, preferably in pediatric rehabilitation.
  
• Ability to function well and flexibly within a multidisciplinary team.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and Papiamento.
