What You’ll Do

Catholic Guardian Services is looking for an empathetic and experienced Fee For Service Psychotherapist. The FSS Psychotherapist is responsible for providing clinical assessment & diagnosis, crisis assessment/intervention support, and psychotherapy (opportunities for training to provide prescribed evidence-based modalities as available and applicable to consumer populations).

*The position requires a minimum 10-hour commitment per week. However, if a candidate is willing to take on more hours per week the program can offer up to 25 hours weekly. All hours billed will count towards clinical hours for LCSW or LMHC credentialing.*

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
• LMSW required OR LCSW/MHC-LP/ LMHC
• Minimum two years of experience working with children and families
• Knowledge of best practices in child and family mental health
• Demonstrated cross-cultural sensitivity
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and after-school hours
• Preferred Qualifications
• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Experience with foster care and community-based services
• Strong clinical assessment skills
