Summary
Provides individual and group therapy to adults in Wisconsin's Comprehensive Community Services program, using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, CPT) within a multidisciplinary team. Services are delivered in-clinic and throughout the community, supporting clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Position Summary
The CIT Psychotherapist provides person-centered, trauma-informed therapy to adults enrolled in the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, this role delivers evidence-based individual and group therapy, supports recovery goals, and provides services in the clinic, client homes, and throughout the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, CPT, and Motivational Enhancement.
- Treat individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with case managers, nursing, psychiatry, peer support, and other providers.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in treatment team meetings.
- Engage natural supports and coordinate care to promote recovery.
- Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
Productivity Expectations
- Maintain approximately 25–30 billable client hours per week.
- Carry an active caseload of 18–30 clients.
- Maintain 70% schedule utilization.
- Balance direct client care with administrative responsibilities and documentation.
- Assist with CCS Service Facilitator coverage as assigned.
