Job Posting: Part-Time Barista
Location: Aquinas College – Creative Dining Services
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Are you passionate about coffee and enjoy creating a welcoming environment? Creative Dining Services at Aquinas College is seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will prepare and serve high-quality beverages and snacks while providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone with open availability and the flexibility to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately.
• Restock inventory and ensure products are fresh and available.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous barista or food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
