PT Clinic Assistant (GP, Tanglin Halt)

Summary
Part-time clinic assistant at a GP clinic handling patient registration, prescription processing, billing, and inventory management during evenings and weekends.
We are looking for Part-time Clinic Assistants for our My Family Clinic Branch @ Tanglin Halt
You will be required to work based on the following schedule:
Monday - Friday 6:30pm - 9:30pm
Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm
What You'll be Doing
- Perform daily operational duties at outpatient Clinic.
- Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service.
- Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines.
- Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
- Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
- Operate Clinic Management System.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor/Doctor.
What We Are Looking for
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- Prior experience in outpatient GP clinic operations preferred.
- Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinic will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy.
