Location: 111 Boylston Street
Hourly Rate: $21.00/hr.
Shifts: Saturday & Sunday early mornings 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Wednesday evening: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
JOB SUMMARY:
A Food & Beverage Host, is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down both the breakfast buffet area on the weekends and the light evening reception every Wednesday evening. They ensure that the food items are fresh, appetizing, and well-stocked.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setting Up and Breaking down both food services
- Food Preparation: Preparing and serving food and light snacks for both services.
- Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, addressing their queries, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring food and beverage supplies and notifying management when stocks are low.
- Sanitation: Maintaining a clean and hygienic breakfast area, following food safety guidelines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
- Availability starting at 4:00 AM weekends and holidays. Wednesday Evening 3:00PM - 8:00 PM.
- Excellent communication, customer service skills, and knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
