PT Groundskeeper-The Residences

We are currently seeking a part-time groundskeeper to supplement the contracted grounds keeping by maintaining the property in a clean, safe, and attractive condition at all times.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain Facility Repairs for common areas
• Maintain property safety and Inspections
• Maintain exterior property appeal
• Assist with resident communication for customer experience
• Other duties as assigned
