We are now nicotine free. Candidates will need to be able to pass a nicotine screen with their drug screen. The facility will not be able to offer this position to any candidate who use tobacco or nicotine. This also includes the patch or any other devise/product that contains nicotine. Please be sure to only submit candidates that meet this requirement.
Facility will only consider Pt's with at least 1 year of home health experience (within the last three years).
