What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and support our Resident Care team
Conduct resident assessments and develop personalized care plans
Coordinate care with physicians, families, and community providers
Oversee resident wellness, medication management, and clinical compliance
Mentor and schedule Resident Care Assistants (RCAs)
Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and exceptional resident care
Help ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for residents

What We're Looking For

Current, unrestricted RN/ LPN license
1-2 years of nursing experience required
Assisted living, senior living, or geriatric care experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for serving older adults and supporting a collaborative team
