See your patients get better and go home. Then see who's next.
At Elderwood at Hamburg, PTs get the time and support to do the therapy they went to school for. Every therapist on our team is an Elderwood employee. We don't use a contract rehab company, so you're a true part of the building's care team, with leadership that knows your name and backs your clinical judgment.
What makes therapy at Elderwood different
- 100% in-house therapy. No contract company, no middleman. You're an Elderwood employee with Elderwood benefits, stability and a career path.
- Realistic productivity. Our target is 85%, set by people who understand what quality care takes.
- Variety that keeps you sharp. Ortho rehab, neuro, cardiac and post-hospital recovery, fall prevention, and long-term care, all in one setting.
- A real voice. Therapists take part in care planning and clinical discussions, and your recommendations shape each resident's plan.
