PT - Project Manager, Global Initiatives
NewBe an early applicant- Provide research, analysis, and strategic documentation to support the Senior Director's institutional planning and executive decision-making.
- Maintain comprehensive project tracking, status reporting, and institutional dashboards to keep leadership informed of G100 progress and emerging issues.
- Serve as the operational backbone for G100, handling cross-departmental coordination so the Senior Director can focus on strategic relationships and institutional alignment.
- Prepare briefing materials, metrics, and performance summaries for Executive Committee meetings and leadership presentations.
- Finalize the G100 program plan, timelines, phase gates, and milestone schedules for both FA27 and FA28 cohorts.
- Create and maintain program documentation including RACI matrices, decision logs, and process workflows.
- Manage operational aspects of G100 during online (years 1-3) and residential (years 4-5) phases.
- Serve as central coordinator between students, mentors, academic departments, Enrollment Services, International Student Development (ISD), Housing, Financial Aid, and DSO/Immigration Services.
- Coordinate student transitions to Dallas: housing, course scheduling, visa processing, and orientation.
- Manage G100 communications and execute key events (orientations, cohort check-ins, degree ceremonies).
Monitoring & Controlling
- Track student progress (course completion, GPA, visa status). Work with Academic Advising and ISD to identify at-risk students for proactive support.
- Compile G100 metrics (enrollment, retention, completion rates, mentor engagement) and prepare status reports for leadership.
- Coordinate referrals to academic and support resources in collaboration with Academic Advising and ISD.
- Monitor G100 budget expenditures and spending against approved allocations.
- Coordinate with Finance on scholarship fund disbursement and track student tuition/fee payments.
- Maintain documentation of budget decisions and fund allocations for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Alert the Senior Director to budget variances or funding issues requiring attention.
Closing
- Lead retrospective assessment of program outcomes and cohort performance.
- Evaluate recruitment, admissions, and enrollment processes to identify lessons learned for future G100 cohorts and related programs.
- Document program decisions, challenges, and best practices for institutional learning.
Project Management & Documentation
- Use Asana and Microsoft tools to track tasks, deadlines, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Maintain centralized G100 records and documentation to ensure program continuity and institutional accountability.
