We are looking for a Public Relations Assistant to support community outreach, public-facing communication, and promotional events. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable representing a company while building positive relationships with different audiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with public relations initiatives and community outreach activities
- Help prepare informational materials and promotional resources
- Communicate company, product, and service information accurately
- Support public-facing events and customer engagement activities
- Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. professionally at assigned activities
- Help coordinate outreach schedules and event preparations
- Respond to general questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Gather feedback from customers and community participants
- Share observations that may help strengthen public engagement
- Work with colleagues to maintain consistent and professional communication
