Public Relations & Communications Assistant – Entry Level

We are hiring an Entry-Level Public Relations & Communications Assistant to support live events, community outreach, retail activations, and face-to-face customer engagement.

No previous experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in public relations, communications, event marketing, customer service, sales, and promotional marketing.

Responsibilities

• Represent campaigns at live events, retail activations, and community events
• Engage directly with customers and community members
• Provide information about campaigns, services, and promotions
• Assist with event setup, displays, registration, and activities
• Support customer engagement and public awareness initiatives
• Answer questions and provide professional customer service
• Participate in team meetings and paid training
• Learn communication, marketing, PR, and customer engagement strategies
• Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities based on performance

Qualifications

• Recent graduates, college students, interns, career changers, and candidates with retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or sales experience are encouraged to apply
