PUBLIC RELATIONS, MARKETING SUPERVISOR
A Public Relations (PR) and Marketing Supervisor
leads cross-functional teams to shape brand perception, execute multi-channel outreach, and drive media relations
. They align corporate messaging with target audiences, manage communication budgets, and analyze campaign metrics (ROI, reach, and engagement) to maximize visibility and growth.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Design and oversee end-to-end PR and marketing campaigns, including digital storytelling, event coordination, and promotional strategies.
- Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with journalists, editors, and key stakeholders to secure positive press coverage and manage media inquiries.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor staff members such as PR specialists, copywriters, and digital marketers to ensure cohesive brand guidelines.
- Crisis Management: Develop proactive messaging and guide internal teams through reputation-management scenarios.
- Content Creation & Tracking: Write and edit press releases, speeches, and marketing collateral; track traditional press and digital metrics for reporting.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Typically 3 to 5 years of proven experience in executing PR campaigns and securing media placements.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, crisis management, and strong organizational skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in social media platforms and PR analytics/monitoring tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater)
