Public Relations Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate PR and community engagement activities for the project
- Liaise and work together with the project teams to understand work activities, schedules, and potential impacts on the public
- Take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the project activities
- Establish contacts and engage with residents, property owners and occupiers of the buildings within and around the vicinity who will be impacted by the project
- Act as the first point of contact for public enquiries, complaints, and feedback pertaining to the project, and work closely with the relevant parties for timely follow-up and resolution
- Conduct regular stakeholder engagement and surveys to gather feedback and identify potential issues, together with possible mitigation measures
- Prepare and distribute project notices, posters, surveys, and other communication materials to affected parties at respective premises
- Maintain good stakeholder relationships and support a positive public image of the project
- Provide administrative and ad-hoc support if required
Job Requirements
- GCE "A" / "O" level with minimum 2 years of public relations experience
- Proficient in spoken and written English, ability to communicate in various languages is an advantage
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
