Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and communicate with regulatory authorities to ensure projects meet all statutory compliance requirements
  2. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with government agencies, local authorities, and key stakeholders to facilitate project progress
  3. Plan and execute community and stakeholder engagement activities to support project objectives and enhance public relations
  4. Prepare, review, and submit accurate reports and documentation to support management decision-making and regulatory compliance
  5. Deliver administrative and communication support to site and project teams to enhance operational efficiency and information flow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO), preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications to produce reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail and strong
