Feazel puts roofs over thousands of homes. We need a PR Specialist to own how the world sees us: what customers say, what reporters write, and how our story gets told across every brand we run.
This is an entry-level role built for someone ready to grow fast. You’ll own meaningful work from day one, learn directly from leadership, and help shape how our PR function grows.
What You’ll Own
Reviews: Manage and respond to reviews across Google, Facebook, BBB, Yelp, and more. Open cases when issues need fixing and follow them through.
- Press: Write press releases, build media relationships, and pitch stories that get picked up.
- Storytelling: Capture customer wins, crew spotlights, and community impact.
- Brand protection: Monitor mentions, support storm-season and high-pressure communications, and bring a PR point of view to the table.
- Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Production, Customer Service, and People & Culture.
- Reporting: Track star ratings, review trends, and response times across all brands.
What You Bring
- Degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent experience
Internships, student media, freelance work, and side projects all count
Familiarity with PR software
Internal communications experience
- Strong, clear writing in a warm and professional voice
- Calm under pressure and curious by nature
- Comfortable juggling multiple brands and priorities
