Public Relations Specialist / Manager

You will lead media and creator outreach across European markets, manage regional PR agencies, pitch news and interview opportunities, and monitor campaign results. You will create and localize press materials, support press events and trade shows, and coordinate campaign activity with brand, community, social media, and localization functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with European media outlets, content creators, and key opinion leaders
• Direct regional PR agencies across European territories
• Pitch news announcements, developer interviews, preview opportunities, and review code distributions
• Build coverage reports, monitor reach and sentiment, track ROI, and present findings
• Draft, edit, and localize press releases, pitch letters, media briefs, and PR assets
• Execute physical and digital press events, media tours, trade show presences, and influencer showcases
• Coordinate campaign alignment with Brand Management, Community, Social Media, and Localization teams

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of professional public relations experience
• Experience managing external PR agencies, vendors, or localized contractor networks across multi-territory campaigns
• Experience producing qualitative and quantitative coverage reports, sentiment analyses, and media metrics
• Knowledge of gaming trends, platform ecosystems, and MMORPG and action genres
• Ability to cold pitch news, secure developer interviews, and manage preview and review campaigns independently
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills at C1 level or native equivalent
• Established relationships across European games media and content creator communities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight launch deadlines
