Protects Cahuilla Casino property, assets, team members, and guests through scheduled patrols of buildings, parking areas, and grounds. Handles rule enforcement, incident reporting, and casino floor monitoring for gaming payouts.
POSITION SUMMARY
Provide protection of Cahuilla Casino property, assets, team members and guest against losses or danger, by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patrols, on a scheduled basis, buildings, parking areas, and grounds of the Casino.
- Warns violators in the above areas of rule infractions, such as loitering and disruptive conduct; apprehends or expels persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts; reports these activities to the Supervisor/Manager on Duty.
- Provides escort for certain transactions.
- Watches for and reports irregularities, such as unlocked doors, safety hazards, etc.
- Prepares incident reports involving property damage, unusual occurrences, accidents or injuries, for the use of supervisory staff.
- Assists and observes Slot department and Cash Operation personnel in making and recording payouts on gaming devices.
- All other duties assigned by DPS Management
