Summary

This is a customer success/account management role: the specialist serves mobile app publishers in Singapore, acting as their day-to-day contact to grow ad revenue via the company's Mobile SDK — monitoring eCPM/fill-rate metrics, giving placement optimization advice, running onboarding and QBRs, and reporting on portfolio health.

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Publisher Account Specialist to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be the face of our company to mobile app publishers, focusing entirely on customer success and account management. Your primary goal is to help our publisher partners maximize their monetization revenue through our Mobile SDK, ensuring they have a seamless, profitable, and highly satisfying experience. You will act as their trusted business consultant, leveraging data insights to drive account growth, retention, and long-term partnership success.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Publisher Account Management: Serve as the dedicated, day-to-day point of contact for mobile app publishers. Build, maintain, and grow strong B2B relationships with key decision-makers and operational teams at publisher studios.
  • Customer Success & Revenue Optimization: Proactively monitor publisher performance metrics (e.g., eCPM, Fill Rate, ARPU, Impressions). Provide tailored optimization advice, ad placement strategies, and operational best practices to help publishers maximize their daily ad revenue.
  • Lifecycle Management & Onboarding: Guide newly signed publishers through the business onboarding process. Conduct regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on performance goals, review revenue metrics, and share market insights.
  • Data Monitoring & Reporting: Track the health and revenue trends of your assigned publisher portfolio. Utilize internal data dashboards to generate performance reports, identify growth opportunities, and proactively address potential churn risks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Advocacy: Act as the "voice of the publisher" internally. Collaborate closely with Business Development, Product, and internal Support teams to communicate client feedback, expedite issue resolution, and advocate for features that meet publisher needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Publisher Operations, or B2B client-facing roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, mobile app monetization models (In-App Advertising), and familiar with key commercial metrics (e.g., eCPM, ARPDAU, Fill Rate, Retention).
  • Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A proven ability to build trust, manage expectations, and nurture long-term relationships with external business partners.
  • Data Sensitivity: Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with business dashboards to analyze commercial data and translate it into actionable advice for clients.
  • Professional working proficiency in English. (Optional: Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to collaborate effectively with internal teams based in HQ.)
  • Prior experience working at an ad network, ad mediation platform, or mobile game publisher (e.g., familiarity with platforms like AppLovin, ironSource, Unity Ads, AdMob, or Vungle).
  • Proven track record of growing account revenue, upselling services, or significantly improving client retention rates in a Customer Success role.
  • Strong empathy for customers and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
