Publisher Support Night (CY)

1700 euro gross + bonus part up to 500 euro mothly (after 3 months of work)

Currently we are expanding and we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (night shift work) for the Publishers team.

Schedule: 2/2 for 12 hours, starting from 9pm up to 9am (GMT+3) (working remotely is available).

• Communication with the clients all over the world, answering their questions via Live Chat (Intercom), email and other communication channels;
• Troubleshooting common (and unusual) problems with online advertising;
• Active cooperation with the related teams;
• Large amount of training: we are very interested in the high quality of services, so we invest a lot of resources into the employee’s development.

• Stress resistance, friendliness and communication skills;

• Oral and written English - B2 level;
