Publishers Team Lead
Are you an experienced Publisher Manager and a natural leader with a strong background in the AdNetwork industry? We are looking for a Publishers Team Lead who can lead a high-performing team, drive publisher growth, and build new revenue opportunities. Requirements for the candidate:
3+ years of experience as a Senior Publisher Manager, including 1.5+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing publisher teams and achieving revenue targets
Strong knowledge of CPC, CPM, and flat deal models
Experience with publisher hunting and building direct partnerships
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strategic thinker with an out-of-the-box approach to finding new opportunities
Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical skills
Fluent English
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the Publisher Manager team to achieve KPIs and growth targets
Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new publishers and expanding the partner network
Build and maintain strong relationships with key publishing partners
Analyze performance data and optimize publisher revenue streams
Support the team with negotiations, strategy, and problem-solving
Ensure efficient processes, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department
Collaborate with Advertiser Managers to maximize business growth
