For which tasks (responsibilities)?
🌸Source and reach out to mobile game studios, conduct initial qualification, and coordinate introductory calls.
🌸Support external studios throughout the publishing pipeline, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely progression through each stage.
🌸Maintain accurate project statuses and next steps in Studio Portal.
🌸Coordinate communication with external partners and follow up on pending actions.
🌸Verify game readiness for testing using internal checklists.
🌸Collect testing data and prepare standardized reports for the Publishing Producer.
🌸Track deadlines and ensure projects move through the pipeline without operational delays or information loss.
🌸Keep publishing processes organized, transparent, and up to date.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
💦Experience as a Project Coordinator, Operations Specialist, Project Manager, or in a similar coordination role.
💦Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
💦Ability to manage multiple parallel projects while maintaining high quality.
💦Process-oriented mindset with a passion for structure, checklists, and operational excellence.
💦Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
💦Fluent Russian and English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
💦Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to new processes.
💦Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of operational workflows.
