Summary
Manufactures dental prosthetics (denture pucks) by following production orders, preparing materials, operating presses, and maintaining equipment and logs in a dental lab setting.
Purpose of Function:
This function manufactures denture pucks per specifications.
Main Tasks/Responsibilities/Authorities:
Main Tasks:
- Review production orders and/ or work-order notes as appropriate to verify correct specifications
- Prepare materials per specifications
- Load press and process per specifications
- Maintain all history logs
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Alert Manager of any repair needs of other areas of concern with regard to the facility
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
- Assist in manufacturing processes as directed
- Assist in engineering processes as directed
- Perform a variety of tasks to support the day to day operations of the business
