Key responsibilities
- Perform detailed evaluations and management of patients with respiratory diseases such as asthma, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, and other lung conditions.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic procedures including pulmonary function tests, imaging, and bronchoscopies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated lung care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on lung health, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with advances in pulmonology through continuous education and professional development.
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization in pulmonology.
- Board certification or equivalent accreditation in pulmonary medicine.
- Valid medical license to practice in Sharjah/UAE.
- Extensive clinical experience in managing a wide range of pulmonary and respiratory conditions.
- Proficiency in advanced diagnostic and therapeutic pulmonology procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
