PURCHASE AND SALES EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Sales:

• Find and evaluate vendors for food ingredients, beverages, and kitchen or restaurant equipment.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms to get the best value without lowering quality.
• Monitor stock levels and manage perishable goods to prevent waste and ensure continuous operations.
• Ensure all purchased food items meet local health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Pitch F&B products, ingredients, or catering packages to cafes, restaurants, hotels, or individual customers.
• Prepare price quotes, sales contracts, and product samples or tasting sessions for clients.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and billing.
• Track competitor pricing and new food service trends to spot new sales opportunities.

Requirements & Skills:

• 1 to 3 years in retail procurement, supply chain, or hospitality sales.
• Understanding of food safety, shelf-life management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
