PURCHASE EXECUTIVE / SENIOR
- Location: Willingness to travel between Tampines and Woodland
- Working Hours: 5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Willingness to commit to extended hours when required
Job Responsibility:
- Source, compare, procure & negotiate with subcontractors, manufacturer and material suppliers (preferable M&E related experience)
- Support engineers by anticipating requirements and reacting quickly to changes in demand
- Key liaison for international and domestics vendors
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for effective order fulfillment
- Manage logistics with third-party providers for shipments.
- Business knowledge on Import and Export business and international trade business
- Maintain control list or able to develop the format by different demand
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma level or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in construction or related industry
- Good communication, reading, and writing skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associates
- Personality with positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
- Willingness to learn
- Candidates with good experience will be considered for senior role. Compensation will be commensurate accordingly.
