Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement / Purchase Executive to manage sourcing, purchasing, and inventory for our UAV and drone solutions. The role involves vendor management, negotiation, order processing, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers to meet organizational needs

• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors

• Prepare and issue purchase orders according to company policies

• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards

• Coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement requirements

• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

• Research market trends, products, and alternative suppliers

• Resolve supply chain issues and ensure uninterrupted inventory flow

• Support budgeting and cost optimization initiatives

• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and company policies in procurement

Any Graduation (Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred)

• 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations (internship experience considered)

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of procurement software and MS Office tools

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
