Purchase Manager - The Hoxton Bengaluru City
What you’ll do…
- Lead the hotel's purchasing function, ensuring the timely procurement of quality products and services.
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value, quality and service.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company procurement standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with departments to ensure stock availability and minimise wastage.
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, deliveries and supplier performance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Control purchasing costs, analyse spending and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, audit requirements and local regulations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Culinary, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to support the hotel's operational needs.

- Previous experience as a Purchase Manager or Procurement Manager within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management and supplier negotiations.
- Experience with purchasing systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical, negotiation and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
