What you’ll do…

  • Lead the hotel's purchasing function, ensuring the timely procurement of quality products and services.
  • Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value, quality and service.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company procurement standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with departments to ensure stock availability and minimise wastage.
  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, deliveries and supplier performance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Control purchasing costs, analyse spending and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, audit requirements and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Culinary, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to support the hotel's operational needs.

  • Previous experience as a Purchase Manager or Procurement Manager within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management and supplier negotiations.
  • Experience with purchasing systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical, negotiation and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
