PURCHASER

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase construction materials, equipment and supplies
• Request and compare quotations from suppliers
• Negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Coordinate with project and site teams on material requirements
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain purchasing records and supplier information

Requirements:

• Relevant purchasing experience in the construction industry
• Familiar with construction materials and suppliers in Singapore
• Good negotiation and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Responsible and well-organised
