Purchasing And Transport Officer
Summary
Oversee shipping schedules, coordinate with forwarders and production teams, and prepare shipping documents including Free Trade Agreement paperwork to ensure on-time deliveries.
Shipping Work
· To preform and Manage shipping schedule to achieve on time delivery
· Coordinate with forwarders, production & other related parties for shipment.
· Preparation required shipping documents (Include FTA related documents – Tax incentive) accurately for all shipment.
· Preparation of
- Management reports
- Sales Report
- Transportation Report
- Others
- Budget and manage of shipping cost
- Manage of logistic flow (plan container In/Out)
- Project assign by management
Requirements
1. At least 1-3 years of experience in related field, preferable have knowledge in Shipping & Free Trade Agreement
2. Competent in computer usage (Microsoft Office Application e.g. Excel, Word & etc)
3. Personality
· Careful personality
· Possess sense of urgency
· Good Communication skill & team player
· Able to perform overtime upon required
